Mode 1: Borewell Direct to Overhead Tank (OHT)
Designed for single-stage elevation pumping.
How it Works: The controller continuously monitors your overhead tank's digital level inputs. When the tank falls below the lower threshold, it automatically activates the borewell pump.
The Smart Cut-off: The moment the overhead tank is safely full, the system cuts power instantly, preventing wasteful overflows.
Mode 2: Borewell to Sump (Lower Tank) \rightarrow Sump to Overhead Tank (OHT)
Designed for dual-stage city or deep-well distribution setups.
How it Works: A single integrated device coordinates both stages of your water network simultaneously. It ensures the Borewell safely replenishes the underground/lower tank while concurrently managing the secondary delivery pump that pushes water from the lower tank up to the roof.
Integrated Interlocking Safety: The overhead delivery pump will never turn on unless there is a confirmed, adequate volume of water in the lower tank—completely eliminating the risk of pumping air.
Advanced Dry-Run Protection: Zero Motor Failures
The number one cause of expensive pump motor burnouts is running a pump when the water source is empty (dry-running). Infraset’s intelligent current-monitoring and sensor feedback logic completely eliminate this risk:
Dynamic Supply Tracking: If your borewell water table drops or the municipal lower tank goes dry mid-cycle, the controller detects the immediate operational drop in water presence or current load changes.
Instant Automatic Cut-off: The system immediately trips the power line, safely shutting down the pump within seconds before any thermal damage can occur to the motor windings.
